Admission Notifications

We at Boston College provides wide range of courses in different streams. We offer courses in Life Science and Technology, Business Management, Computer Science and IT, Teacher Education, and in Nursing Education. You can have a look on course pages we provided on this site. We provide different ways to initiate the admission process. Admission Procedure

1. Fill the admission form. Click here to download the Admission form


2. Attach following with the form:

  • Candidate's photograph (pasted) at given place on the form
  • Three additional copies of candidate's photograph
  • A copy of the mark-sheet of 10th or equivalent examination
  • A copy of the mark-sheet of 10+2 or equivalent examination
  • A copy of the mark-sheet of higher qualifying examination, as applicable
  • A demand draft/cheque of Rs. 250/- in favour of ‘BCPS’ payable at Gwalior.

  • 3. Put the form in the given self addressed envelope of the college.


    4. Submit the form at the place of its purchase (college counter/form center). In case you are not able to submit the form at the place of its purchase then post it to the college through our official courier ‘Overnight Express’ or by Speed Post or by registered post.


    5. Admission will be offered on ‘first come first serve basis’. Eligible candidates will be called for admission counseling at the college or may also appear for spot counseling before our panel at locations given from time to time.
    Admission counseling includes:

  • verification of mark-sheets/documents with original copies.
  • testing, counseling and selection
  • payment of fee (including admission fee, first semester fee and caution money) and charges (hostel/transport), as applicable. The fee can be paid in cash at the college cash counter or by a demand draft in favour of ‘BCPS’, payable at Gwalior.

  • 6. A selected candidate will loose his/her entitlement for the admission if the fee payment is not made on time.


    7. Decision of the Principal regarding admission of any candidate shall be final and can not be challenged.

    College Rules & Regulations

    The students shall abide by following rules and regulations and that which are enforced from time to time.


    1. Admission
    1.1 An admission will be deemed as confirmed after full fee deposit and eligibility verification by the University.

    2. Schedule of Fee Payment
    2.1 In all succeeding semester/annual sessions, the course fee/hostel charges must be deposited within seven days from the starting date of the session.
    2.2 The seventh day of semester/annual session will be treated as last day of the fee deposit.
    2.3 A late fee penalty @ Rs. 25/- per day shall be levied after the last date, which will be Rs. 500/- for delay up-to one month, Rs. 1000/- for delay for more then one month but not exceeding three months and Rs. 2000/- for delay for more than three month but not exceeding five month. Thereafter action may be initiated as per college rules.
    2.4 Examination Form will not be issued to the student till all the dues are paid.

    3. Identity Card
    3.1 Wearing of the identity card is essential in the college.
    3.2 In case of loss, the duplicate card will be issued against a payment of Rs 50/-.

    4. Regularity and Punctuality
    4.1 Entry of late comers is restricted. Students shall adhere with class timings.
    4.2 An absenteeism fine @ Rs. 5/- per period shall be levied on students having less than 75% attendance.
    4.3 The students having less than 75% attendance will be required to attend extra classes.
    4.4 As per the University rule, the students having less than 75% presence in the classes will not be entitled to appear in the University examination.

    5. Internal Examination
    5.1 As per the University rule, appearing in the University examination will remain barred in such examination papers/subjects, where the student has failed in the internal examination.
    5.2 The student who failed in internal examination will be given a supplementary opportunity to appear/pass the examination against a fee @ Rs. 200/- per paper/subject.

    6. Usage
    6.1 The students shall be responsible for proper handling and safe return of lab equipment, apparatus, machine, instrument, games or sports goods etc used by them.
    6.2 Any damage, breakage or loss of the above during use or custody of a student or a batch of students shall be recovered at their expense, as the case may be.

    7. Library
    7.1 On admission, the students will be required to pay a library security deposit amount (refundable) as applicable from time to time.
    7.2 “Book delay submission” fine will be applicable @ Rs. 05/- per day.

    8. Student Progress Report
    8.1 Guardians are expected to remain in touch with the college faculty to take stock of the ward’s progress and initiation of preventive /corrective actions, if required.
    8.2 Soon the report will be available online on the college website which can be seen by entering the student ID.

    9. Admission Cancellation
    9.1 Last date for cancelling an admission is June 25, of the academic session.
    9.2 The cancellation panelty up to the last date is Rs. 5,000/-.
    9.3 If a student leaves course after the last date, shall pay a penalty of an amount equal to one semester fee of the course and the admission fee.

    10. Discipline
    10.1 No student should participate in any kind of strike or agitation.
    10.2 The ragging is strictly prohibited.
    10.3 A guilty in the above matters will invite strict actions including expulsion from the hostel and college.

    11. Hostel

    11.1 Principal is custodian of the hostels and warden, the administrator.
    11.2 The minimum tenancy is one annual session (11 month and 15 days) which normally runs from July 15th of current year to 30th June of the succeeding year.
    11.3 No refund of money is admissible if student leaves hostel during the tenancy tenure.
    11.4 No student shall enter the mess kitchen or instruct the kitchen staff. takeaway any crockery/cutlery/ utensil from the mess hall.
    11.5 Warden is the authority to permit off-campus visits. If permitted, the student shall make necessary entry in the hostel logbook. The students shall ensure their return latest by 8.00 p.m. No student shall visit other's room after 09.00 pm.
    11.6 Disciplinary action will be taken if an inmate fails to attend the college without proper reasons and its written permission from the warden.
    11.7 The students shall use their own lock & key for safety of their rooms and belongings.
    11.8 The inmates shall not cause any disturbance to others by louder speaking or playing of the music.
    11.9 Chewing of Pan/Tobacco/Pan Masala or smoking or consumption of liquor is strictly prohibited.
    11.10 No student shall interchange the allotted room/furniture/fixture. Usage of additional electrical/electronic appliance is prohibited.
    11.11 The students shall do self-housekeeping to maintain their rooms neat and clean.
    11.12 Any loss or damage of the hostel property by inmates shall be recovered, individually or collectively, as the case may be.
    11.13 If conduct of a student is found unsatisfactory, the college management reserves all rights to get the accommodation vacated on a three day notice.
    11.14 Parents/guardians/day scholars are required to take warden's permission to see their ward/ classmate in the lobby. In girls hostels only parents can be allowed to see their wards.
    11.15 No visit of an outsider is allowed after 6.00 p.m.
    11.16 An outstation visit can be considered for permission which should be applied to warden three days in advance alongwith guardian’s written request.
    11.17 All inmates have to abide by following hostel living timings:
    >Rising at 5.30 am,
    >Yoga-Meditation/Gym/Morning Walk/Sports from 6.00 am to 6.45 am,
    >Breakfast 7.30 to 8.20 am,
    >College between 8.30 am to 4.00 pm (Lunch provided in college mess from 12.00 to 2.00 pm),
    >Evening Tea/snacks from 4.30 to 5.30 pm,
    >Dinner 7.30 to 8.30 pm and
    >Bed time is 10.30 pm.
    r. Non-compliance to any of the hostel rules and regulation shall be treated as misconduct and appropriate action shall be taken against.
